Tom Beattie started in the benefits and benefits business as an Actuarial Analyst. After three years he joined his father, Bruce, in the family owned brokerage and consulting business. He has been at Beattie & Associates since 1989, becoming the Managing Partner in 1998.

Beattie & Associates is a full service employee benefits firm focused on the needs of small to mid-size businesses across the Midwest. For over 30 years Beattie & Associates has served business owners by combining comprehensive benefit packages with low-cost strategies and first-rate customer service. We work with businesses across a wide range of industries in Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Florida and Montana. When it comes to employee benefits every company has a unique set of needs and we tailor our approach for each specific client to ensure those needs are met.

Tom is a member of the Harvard Club of St. Louis and the Missouri Athletic Club. He has served on several boards and Executive Committees including at Allegiant Bank, St. Louis Bank and The Missouri Merchants and Manufacturers Association. Tom graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and his Field of Study was Economics.
